Cool Thanks guys. very interesting to get everyone's opinions here.

Its so easy to just use what you know, but there are so many other products out there.

Thanks for all the feedback. I will not be using CR7 then in the future. But will read again and make a list of things to try.

Worth reading -  two schools of thought on the hub:

Just the word "herbal" is enough for me to avoid it.

Pharmacies should lose their licenses for selling all the pseudo medications, remedies as well as untested sports nutrition products.

Sad thing is that supplement companies are not regulated to the level of medicine, so they get away with these crap products, devoid of research and filled with crap ingredients. They wordplay on hormonal systems and it sounds all very scientific, so people fall for it. Testo-GH, Pure Protein GF1 (see what they did there),  etc.

And they've got a guy in a white coat on the ad, so it must be science.

They make bogus claims and when someone goes to the effort to lodge a complaint, they just change the name and branding and go off again.

Ever wondered why it seems USN have a new set of products every few months?

They're one of the biggest scam companies around. Again, well documented.

Time to market for USN from relevant Dr Oz episode; a few nano-seconds.

Raspberry Ketones, Green Beans, Garcinia Cambogia, etc. all hyped by Dr Oz as a miracle fat loss cure (he had to admit to the US Senate he made it up), but soon you see the USN product on the shelves. No research to back up the claims.

Some light reading on the topic:http://www.camcheck.co.za/usn-responds-to-camcheck/

Read to the end for a list of all USN-related complaints or articles.

BTW, TheHub is credited in the article! :)

spend a few minutes watching these, you will laugh( a lot especially if you are a critic) and then realise how people are conned day in and day out...
