The latter showed the tension and stress these guys are under at this event. McGarry took it easy and did a clean run and avoided further injury. Quite ironic that he died riding but not because of a crash. The coverage this year has been good. Looking forward to seeing the practice session tonight. I'm hoping there are no serious incidents and that the weather holds. Must be terrible waiting up top for the wind drop...

Stoked for tonight, hope no disappointments or injuries. The sport is on such a high insane level now, I wonder where it can go without really risking the athletes health and well being.

I see that McFarlane has decided to pull out after smashing himself up a bit casing the landing on a big drop. Probably a wise move.
