Would be very interesting to note the difference in pricing from a normal "SALE", like you just benefitted from and a Black Friday SALE. I'd expect maybe another 5% discount, at most, but lets see.

Yeah, The difference may be that they might have all TVs reduced for black friday so that would open up more options. My budget was R9k(I bought R9k in makro vouchers). I must add that I get a 12% discount from makro via multiply. So technically I paid R7920 so I also took that into consideration when deciding where to buy from. straight up comparing prices, takealot were the cheapest. Up until end of last year, multiply had takealot discounts and I used to get 20%, I would have scored big time then. The swapped takealot for loot and I looked there but their selection wasn't great.
