Any chance they'll be making a return or perhaps have a set of these up for sale... at the same price? According to the tracking website, my parcel has been in Joburg since last Wednesday and is still yet to be delivered. I have tried calling, but there is never any answer, no matter which department I try and reach. I have sent several emails and even tried entering my details so that they can call me back - so far, no luck.

I have sent several emails and even tried entering my details so that they can call me back - so far, no luck. Received my Black Friday purchase this morning. Dawnwing 'lost' my parcel and CWC sent me me new goodies directly overnight, so thank you CWC.

They delivered 2 days ago though. Not sure why they can't handle the larger volume?

Very annoying for everyone, including CWC that the courier company can't deliver. CWC does such a great job of getting the parcels out and then gets let down by Dawn Wing - maybe time to change courier company?

Schnavel Posted December 12, 2017 Posted December 12, 2017 I just got off the phone with Dawn Wing (wow, what a mission to get hold of those people!) and they confirmed that my parcel was in 2 parts and they had lost one of the items which has now miraculously turned up. They have once again promised delivery tomorrow, so let's see if anything arrives.
