Fat Boab Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 I agree that you can find anything and everything on Youtube these days.Which is why I watched a few Youtube videos and have now become a pretty nifty part time dentist with my electric drill and other kitchen utensils. Seriously though, as someone who works in the health industry, it pisses me off to a great length when people start Googling their symptoms and self diagnose. When I started planking, I thought my body was held exactly like it shows on google, meantime - think boomerang. Once the instructor stopped laughing, she could offer some corrective advice..... Extra eyes, knowledge and experience....worth a little cash.

When I went to the biokinetisist there was a final year student at the second session. He was "happy" with me going through the motions. "Student" stepped in asked if she could point out a few things ... WOW !!!!!!! what a difference when you do it correctly !!! I would gladly pay for a a couple of sessions with her.

I have checked with him and he confirmed that he could offer something like this. PM me if I need to find our more or if you want his contact details. *Sorry to OP for hijacking his thread. I would also have been interested but the journey from Sea Point to Menlyn may require a bit more than a shower *
