does anyone know or have advice on how to bleed a Monarch XX remote rear shock lockout, I have bled shimano brakes, but never a SRAM product, cannot find anything on the web or youtube.

I've been out the game for awhile but if memory serves the lockout uses 2.5W oil and you will preferably need 2 syringes. Have the lockout open and barrel adjusted all the way out, then fill one syringe 80% and the other 20%. Then transfer the oil from one to the other. I would recommend removing the lockout from the bar and give it a shake to dislodge any stubborn air bubbles, give the hose a good tap up and down its length as well. Finally remove/lock one syringe at a time and pull on the other syringes plunger to try suck out the last bit of air. Then replace one grub screw and pressurize the system making sure the lockout is fully extended, release and you done.

I just took mine to the bike shop, less hassle and relatively cheap if I factor in some time that I would waste doing it.

Thanks Guys, went out and bought the kit, two syringes T10 bolt and oil, but got 3 weight oil, will that make a difference, pretty easy bleed if you have the right kit.
