Sunrace cassettes Black vs Silver

Hi

 

I am looking at going 1x11 ( 2x11 currently) and would like to know if anyone knows the difference between the black and silver Sunrace cassettes -if any?

 

Your input would be highly appreciated.

Same thing ,but there is a MS and a MX cassette .One is lighter and more expensive

Huge difference.

Depends on how you look at it.

One reflects light and the other absorbs light. The OCD answer.

One become silver and black after a few rides, while one becomes silver and dulled silver after a few rides...

 

I don't think the difference between the two is going to make any difference to your riding.

 

If you like Batman go for the black one, if you are in the Superman corner go for the silver one...

MX has Alloy Carrier and Larger Sprockets

 

MS is Steel Carrier and Steel Sprockets ( cheaper but heavier )

Black is always faster.
