They all dope, it's whether they get caught or not.And when they get caught then they pay somebody to come up with a story about the cows in Spain, the pharmacist tainted the capsules, we forgot to inform the UCI, etc, etc, etc. Just remember that Lance never got caught.He was the wizard !!!
