I just don't want to make my bike unnecessarily heavy. So Arch MK3 (27-ID) with FOMO inserts

Arch is around 430g, Rapide 475g Flow 520g, I cant help but feel like Flows are OTT, guys ride the Redbull rampage with flows. Perhaps Rapide's with thicker casing's, then I can also run lower pressure.

In that case, go with the Rapides.

I know a dude who rides Jonkers as his local trails. He' a heavy guy and rides his Trance hard - says his Rapides have held up superbly.

That is reassuring. Thanks for that feedback. Is he running FOMO's?

Rapide has built 3 wheel sets for me on their hubs.

Wayne built me a bulletproof race wheels for my mtb.

Bladed spokes with ceramic cartridge bearings.

Have not had to true any of them. I’m a heavy rider and ride hard.

Never

had a problem.

Love his products and will support Wayne all the way.

His passion for the sport is awesome and will always be honest about his product.

Another RAVE for Wayne! Ordered MTB front wheel last Thursday, got a message that it’s ready for pick-up on Friday. Have to admit I removed the decals for a stealth look, but otherwise it’s been riding great. Now I am eyeing one of his tubeless road wheelsets - 1465 grams!!
