If only this could work in CT, i think it would be awesome especially in the city centre areas where the roads are way to congested.

Same thing happening in Europe where there are no fized docking stations, bikes are everywhere although not on the scale as in China. I reckon legislation will follow in Europe too.

 

But hell, ppl park their bikes anywhere and everywhere they can locking them with a chain in town I live and often left to rot away til the cops take em away.
