Are you looking for ascending, descending , technical terrain, features, distance??? But Thaba Trails does cover a lot of these anyway - just pick the right trails. Where does one do proper mtb training in and around JHB??Depends on what you mean and want from proper training...Technical rocky...kingskloof ride it twice..Hills and climbing... the one and only breedts nek.Hands down some of the harder rides. cradle loop to kingskloof, around kingskloof and back makes a great 65km ride.
