Guess everybody will have an opinion.  Personally I don't like riding with gloves.  I also tend to ride with stiff arms so my hands are also usually pretty hardly gripped to the bars.

This is my main reason for using bar tape with farrbar and with probably with the aero bolt-on bar if I get one

Maybe just need to learn to ride with more relaxed upper body/forearms

tks for the support. as you mentioned - everyone has different opinions and preferences - that is what makes making a "universal product" almost impossible!

we have loads of ideas and most of them come from comments and feedback from guys like yourself

I also don't like gloves but I do ride with gloves because if you fall and you try to break your fall with your hands (as is usually instinctive), the absence of gloves may mean seriously skinned hands and palms. My gloves have saved my hands a few times already.

Got some Farr gloves yesterday, maybe this will change my opinion on riding with gloves

I bought a pair of the Farr finger-less gloves from Sprocket & Jack and tried them once on a longish ride and was very disappointed with them. They have no wrist cuff/fastening mechanism and I found that they ride up and cut me terribly between the fingers. Eventually I just took them off and rode without gloves. As a result, I'm just going to stick with my Fox non-padded full finger gloves.

had alot of e-mails and Facebook messages about how to use our CARBON AERO BOLT-ON?

below is a pic which hopefully explains it visually ...

 - it's sub 100g

 - 4 bolts, on and off in 44 seconds

 - fits all 31.8mm handlebars ( most common Marathon / MTB / Gravel Handlebar size )

Hows about a micro jacket with a hoodie? Such a product would do well with trail runners. I'd buy one today if you had it.
