The thing is the battery now only lasts for about 9 hours and we are looking at 13-14 hours this year. How can i charge or extend the battery during the race. sampie2008-06-05 08:44:45

jacostrydom Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 You cannot get lost in the Trans Baviaans, so you can switch of the GPS and get your speed/Distance from the cadence sensor. Battery life with GPS off is about 3 x nornal life, I have recently tested mine and it died after 27 hrs.

Would like to see where my HR went max ect. on profile afterwards, need gps for that. Looks like the USB battery-pack are the answer. Thank You.
turtlek Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 set the contrast right down so you can just see the figures lower the amount of data that you are showing and switch the light function off switch the second bike function off and last but not least on the map screen only have the map this worked for me for the complete 24hour race last year and i rode a total of 20 hours
