PeterF Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 Have a look at the Alpina spokes from Rapide. I have built up several wheels with them and the quality is good and the price even better.

(Sapim, Wheelsmith, Pillar etc). If you are hell bent on DT you can try the Coolheat spokes - re branded DT? - or you may need to import. To me getting the length right and brass nipples are more important than the brand. I stock Pillar, WTB (same manufacturer), Wheelsmith and Alpina. I believe Alpina make some spokes for Campagnolo so can't be too bad.

Have a spoke threader lying around somewhere, so can use that for length of really needed. To be honest in the past I got dt from crc but looks like they have stopped selling to SA
Goodbadugly Posted May 5, 2018 Posted May 5, 2018 I have used Alpina spokes sorced from Rapide for at least 5 wheelsets. (the bladed ones) No issues so far.
