Any tips to alleviate pins and needles in pinky and ring fingers?

How's the padding on the winter gloves? My ring and pinky fingers got numb when riding for long with padded gloves... switched to Giro LTZ's and haven't had the issue since

I've been doing some ulnar nerve flossing (see video below.). Might just be a placebo, but it seems to be helping.

Hi Gary , struggled with mine more than 6 months , sports physician in Rosebank sorted it out with a single injection in the elbow. South African Sports and something or other institute close to Sandton . Sorry forbthe vague info.
