I've seen how strong you are on the climbs, so go normal crank 12-25 Cassette, for other heavy guys that can't climb as well as you I'd say compact.

They use a 110 BCD bolting diameter instead off 130BCD for Shimano etc and 135BCD for campy.<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,................you count it!

Most times it will have a stamping on the chainring that will tell you how many 'tande' it has.

Die man is 'n dier!

Marius and Fanie, what does the league consists of?

How do you qualify to take part?

As jy elites wil ry (waar jy vir die volgende 6 jaar moet ry) moet jy 'n D seeding by PPA he dink ek. Ek sal voorstel jy test drive 2 fietse teen helshoogte op. Een met compact en met normale cranks.

Felt is the choice. whether to get the F1' date=' F2, F3 or F4 depends on the budget[/quote']

I have the Felt Z80 and it was the only bike I could find at the time in my size, absolute pleasure! and definately entry level bike with Tiagra groupset, but man I love it!Clap

DunMan also got the Z80, also love it.

How come you got Tiagra groupset, they came standard with Tiagra triple crank front, and Shimano105 rear.

If you got Tiagra both ends, someone ripped you off!!
