Everton sure have improved in leaps and bounds.. you can see a clear improvement every time they play...still make a few reckless decisions in defense at time and the midfield needs to improve....but it is so much better.

Oh my ..what a bonkers game.. absolutely bonkers. PL fans would say it was a good game..end to end.... it wasn't, is was chaos..no midfield control aye.. what is going on. Pjanic seems to be lost out there.

2 brain farts..cost us the game.. but hell Verona..well done, what a game plan they came with..well done to them on the win. (1-2)

Serie A is really cooking these days. How incredibly tight at the top with Lazio a point behind Juve (even though Immobile didn’t get on the scoresheet).

Let’s see if Inter (with Christian Eriksen, Ashley Young, Lukaku) can turn over Milan (with Ibrahimovic), and get back level on points with Juve...

The Milan Derby was red hot.. full of all the drama you can think of.

Inter come from behind (0-2 at half time) to win 4-2.. the score really doesn't do the game justice a really good game to watch..

Lecce beat Napoli in Naples.

Is all a little crazy over in Italy.

Next week it's Inter vs Lazio.

One thing Serie A is not this season is predictable.

And Lazio are only in the League now.. out of Europe and out of the Coppa so all attention on the Scudetto.

@Gen

Any truth to the rumor that you guys are already looking to selling Ramsey ?

Well seeing as I don't work for Juve..I would not know.. but I don't think so... I have not seen any news come from a reliable source

The transfer strategy in Jan was to reduce wages... I think in the off season they will make 2 midfield signings... and I am guessing it will be Tonali and Jorginho...but I believe Ramsey will still come good at Juve.[emoji1696]

I think the story of Juve selling off Ramsey is ludicrous... Firstly, he has hardly had much chance, and Sarri knows that squad depth is a critical component in successful and competitive squads.

It’s just media mischief, again.... IMHO

Spot on about the Inter v Lazio is going to be a cracking game, given their league standings, not to mention the already feisty fans....

Looking forward to Sunday

I wonder what Krzysztof Piatek must feel like, now that Klinsmann has just announced his departure from Hertha Berlin...

It is going to forever be a contentious issue for as long as Spurs Supporters and the Jewish Communities disagree on the context of “Yid”, “Yiddo’s”, etc.

For as long as I have been a Spurs supporter, the debate has been rumbling on and on, back and forth... And I, being far from Jewish, understand but cannot do anything about it. So I accept it as a reference to Spurs Supporters and the Club’s Jewish tradition. And we move on...

I do like how OED points out it’s perspective on the words they enter

Imagine describing a game where 2 Saints’ player are sent off for “Unsportsmanlike Behaviour”.... Huh???? LMAO

Man city sanctioned heavily for financial FairPlay contraventions. I am sure they will appeal

Yeah it will go to the CAS..and probably be overturned..which will set precedent for any FFP case in future..it could mean the end of FFP if overturned.. 25m fine and 2 seasons out of the CL is very heavy.

Does pose some interesting scenarios though. What if city win champions league this year. Will the 5th placed team now be eligible. Etc etc

City were previously fined for similar offences. An whole they may appeal the sanction it appears they are guilty thus cheats.

On the one hand I do not agree with FFP at all as it artificially restricts the teams but on the other hand supporting a team that do not have access to unlimited amounts of money makes me acutely aware that money will ultimately destroy the game.
