The QF stage of CL is not necessarily a walk in the park - strange things happen, and Atalanta shouldn’t be dismissed just because it’s their first appearance in the CL But yeah, the other half of the draw is really roughObviously no easy games... but if you're choosing your opponents, you're definitely eye balling that top half.Let's go Atalanta...PSG have not played competitive football in months..their 2020-2021 season starts again in Aug sometime.. will they be match ready[emoji848] RoddieJ, Andrew Steer and IceCreamMan 3

Unfortunate for Atalanta being on the receiving end of the harsh way handball is applied.. it sucks but the rule in Italy is applied down to the letter of the law...we've been on the receiving end of it. Results aside (2-2) I really wish people will start acknowledging what this Atalanta side have done and how they've done it.. they play an absolute beautiful brand of football and they punish you if they are given a gap. As for us.. well Atalanta completely dominated us the first half.. second half very different..as has been the trend since the restart (Milan game aside) 6 games to go with 8 point lead over Lazio, who lost yesterday..Atalanta have a real shot at going above Lazio as it seems the wheels are falling off a bit at Lazio... As much as Lazio have don’t well up to the point where the games were halted, Atalanta have continued playing attractive and picking up points. It’s gonna be exciting to watch that 2nd position battleI can't help but smile when watching Atalanta play..that's why I give them a real chance against PSG..once they have the ball it is incredibly difficult getting it off them and their movement is so intelligent.. if you anyone goes in underestimating them you are going to get a hiding and everyone is struggling against them..big or small doesn't matter.. if they can keep the mentality and focus for the full 90 you are going to struggle. I really hope they dont get cleaned out come transfer season and that Gasperini stays on as coach. RoddieJ 1
