  1. Find the segment time on the leaderboard and click through to view the Strava Activity page that you wish to flag. (Simply click on the date link)

Use the 'wrench' icon at the left side of the page to select 'Flag Ride/Run.'

Select the correct reason for the flag and leave descriptive and thorough comments.

When you're done, press the "Flag" button. All the public results will be removed from the Segment Leaderboards.

I would like to put new sealant in my mtb tubeless tyres and remove the old sealant (still liquid) before putting in the new sealant.

Using a big syringe and plastic hose comes to mind....

Any other tricks on how to get the old tyre sealant out of tubeless mtb tyres without taking the tyre completely off the rim?

Take hot water and squirt about 100 to 200 ml into the tyre. Spin the wheel around a few times and shake it, this is to help dissolve the old slime. Place the wheel with the valve at the bottom and pull back on the syringe that you squirt your slime in with and you should be able to suck almost all the old dissolved slime out.

Just take about 20-25 cm of the bead off the rim and pour it out. Then you can put in the new sealant without a syringe. Easy enough to get it back on and seated then.

Tried this once before and it’s difficult to get it all out.... fluid keeps moving to a lower point in the tyre.... a bit like a dog trying to have sex with a football ️ :-)

If you are careful, you should be able to unseat just one bead and leave the other intact. Pour out and you should have no problem reseating with a floor pump.

If both unseat, just pop down to the garage and use there tire inflator. Always remember to remove the valve core first to increase air flow rate.

Thanks, I’ve done this plenty of times before and normally I take the tyre right off, rinse and reinstall before putting in new fluiid BUT this week I’m pressed for time (and feeling lazy).... hence looking for the best short cut ????

If its still liquid and you don't have time, just top it up. Only reason to remove would be to change brands or remove a stans monster.

There is still some liquid, but it’s old and I’m not sure if it’s any good. Doc blue was the last I put in which is the same as Stans

The hot water idea is great............it should work combined with my idea and not clog the valve stem. If so then you will be in the dog box for a while  :whistling:

Once I popped the tyre of the rim by inflating it to much, in the bathroom nogal.

I can still feel my ears ringing.... from the noise not the SOH

Almost every single running segment I see here in Ireland has a CR that is a cycling activity. No one seems to really care... Dudes aren't too stressed with being the top knob it seems
