I live in Blouberg, so this shop is a little out of my way but I will never buy anything from another shop ever again. I have been dealing with them ever since I bought my first Giant there a year ago. Since then I have bought a heap of stuff and I can say without any doubt, I have never experienced good service like that from any shop in any industry ever...... Ruan is a solid oke and will go the extra mile for ANYONE. He treats all his customers with the utmost respect and will never try and sell anything to anyone just for the sake of making a sale. He gives advise and options so that you can make an informed decision. What I appreciate the most is the communication, whenever your bike is in for a service or you have ordered something that was not in stock you are always kept up to date. He calls when he says he will call and that in itself is very rare these days. Also, Their workmanship on services are top notch and you can be sure that your bike will be serviced as if it is one of their own.
Jackal355 Posted October 21, 2018 Posted October 21, 2018 I would also like to chime in here as i have only had exceptional experiences and service from them. i have tried many different shops closer to me before ending up here. it all actually started with me demoing a bunch of different bikes and the incredible giant anthem 27.5 was on my list. i spoke to Ruan who insisted i ride his own personal bike for the weekend. i ended up nagging him and buying that bike from him and knowing him like i do now, i wont be surprised if he didnt reaaaaally want to sell.thats just how they operate , always putting the client firsti have bought many parts and things from them in the mean time and done many deals and have always been on the winning end for sure.big up to Ruan and the whole team
