madmarc Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Ordered a chainring yesterday (Sunday) sent them an online message to cancel it as I messed up the payment option - they responded within 10 mins - placed a new order delivered today (Monday) at 3pm Excellent service will always get my support
Hairy Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 Just did a small group order with Rapide now .... great service and it seems like the goods we ordered this morning will be on my door step tomorrow! All in with the group order shipping was free.The goods are cheaper than the local LBSThe goods are in stockI would have only been able to get to the LBS by Friday if I was lucky. So it is quicker, easier and cheaper to have ordered from Rapide than to go to my LBS!
