Order placed yesterday afternoon 14:30 and item arrived 09:00 am this morning. Kudo's must also go out to The Courier Guy for delivery, they clearly make a good team along with Rapide. Have used many of their products without fuss so far (touch wood) so i'm pretty sure this item with be spot on.

Yip. These guys are impressive. Place an order for chainring at 7:50, got my delivery notice at 8:30. Delivery took place first thing next morning. The oval chainring is not half bad either ????

Agreed, luckily I stay close to Wayne and can pop by his shop, had to drop by there today, had everything I needed at prices that just make it silly to think about trying anywhere else and the quality of the products is fantastic as well

Most amazing service from any local retailer i swear. I made an order late friday afternoon, they got it boxed and out the door in record time just before 4pm. It was delivered just about a hour ago....on a Sunday. Totally unexpected.

In contrast, i ordered earlier on friday from another store up north and i havent even received a working tracking number yet LOLs.

Wayne is an absolute customer service ace... Honestly i feel like the while industry should aim for his standards. Always available, never shys away from a question, and amazing response times along with his insight and advice. Always great doing business with him for sure.
