DT Swiss

Hi,  I hope someone can help me as my whole day trying to find info turned into a total waste of my time. Does anybody knows if DT Swiss still have agents in South Africa and if so any contact details please.  After contacting 7 of the biggest and I think well connected bike shops in the Western Cape no one has got any 240 or 350 front and rear hubs?  How can this be possible?  In the end it does also not help buying a well know respected brand and product but then when you need something urgently nobody seems to be able to help you.

 

This made me to consider looking at the new Hope Pro 4 hubs for front and rear but as I wanted the gold colour they don't make this in a 24h?

 

Hope someone can point me in the right directing getting hold of someone at DT Swiss.

Mark's bicycle workshop in Belleville will be able to get you I know Mark had a set of 240's the other day. They definitely still around had a big display at the bike expo.

I Will have a look I might still have their business card.

Ask for Marc at Get Stoked Distribution, he’s in charge of DT Swiss for them.

Also i remember correctly stoke suspension has some dt swiss hubs if not in stock they can get for you

First port of call support your local bike shop, if they are too expensive or don't have what you want and you cant find it anywhere then go to www.bikecomponents.de, a German crowd that are much cheaper than Chainreactioncycles and their service is amazing.

 

They DHL for €20 and you'll have your stuff in about a week.
