Budget cable and housing cutter

I need a cable and housing cutter that won't break the bank.

I'm hoping to spend something less than R300.

 

Can anyone suggest a shop that has a cable cutter that's not Park Tool?

 

I'm based in Gauteng and need it before Sunday, so can't ship from anywhere.

 

Also wondering if getting something from a hardware store is good enough, or if that's too cheapskate.

I don't cut many cables. But a dremel with a cut off wheel does a reasonable job on the outers.

Just bought a pretty decent one from builders for R130 odd.

Not only that but cheap tools don't cut the housing ends straight. Then you nee to do a lot of rework to get the ends straight. Curled or non square ends lead to housing compression that results in poor shifting
