Big kudos to Wahoo!

At end of March, I bought a Wahoo Tickr from Evobikes - needed a new HRM strap and they had the best price.

Fast forward to end May and it stops working. Replaced the battery, unpaired and repaired with my Fenix and Edge 520. No probs. Try a workout and its gone... No hassle, use my Fenix for HR. Later change battery in the Tickr, and I get the flashing white light and that's all, and no pairing possible. New battery, same deal.

Contact Evobikes and they get back to me with instructions from the Wahoo supplier. I follow instructions and with a bit of email tennis among us, I get back to them that nothing has resolved the issue.

Then I get a call from Sean at Ikhambi - I need to confirm my delivery address on the email he's just sent me as they're sending me a new Tickr. This Monday, and today (Thursday) I have a brand new Tickr!

Kudos Sean @Ikhambi and Janos @Evobikes

I can echo this.

My Tickr X started to malfunction, I contacted Tickr USA and a brand new unit was delivered to me within a couple of days :)

I can also echo this. Had a slight issue with my Kickr, sent Sean (Ikhambi) a video clip and within less than a week a new Kickr arrived at my doorstep. Service like that provided by Ikhambi makes a Wahoo product purchase an easy decision. I've since purchased the Tickr and Elemnt Bolt. :-)

Vi-Vi-Dus! VI-VI-DUS!  (internal joke, Sean will get it ;) )

Well done on great support Sean and the team at Ikhambi/Buycycle/WahooSA. Have also just had good interactions with them.

I haven't ever owned a Wahoo product, but after reading the above posts, I just went and bought a Wahoo Tickr.

Time to throw my 4iiii heart rate monitor in the bin - it's given me problems since day 1 and even after they exchanged the unit, it still hasn't solved the problem...
