Joh! What drama. Good on the comm for allowing the riders who crashed to come back, Movistar manager Arrieta not happy about that call, though.

Lots of riders blasting Movistar for trying to benefit from the crash.

Lopez: "These really stupid actions are what the world champion's team does, that's what we're dealing with. What a world champion we have!"

Ja nee

The crash happened at the front of the race with a Jumbo rider crashing while they were controlling the pace.

Movistar passed on the right and then executed a 15 km attack before one of the last honoured unwritten law of the pelotons was upheld

Legs are tired

Minds are dull

Madrid is so close

Tempers will flare ⚠️

Shame to see James Knox so banged up. He wasn't sure if he was going to start today and is being shepherded buy 4 DQS riders with his personal body guard and cheer squad, PhilGil, right next him looking after his room mate, the young brit.

Great team spirit to see even with Phil leaving the team at the end of the year.

????

The Movistar riders are all putting on their full rain capes now. Roglic already has his on. After the frenetic action in the first couple of hours, things have really settled down here. The break are now 4:05 up the road.

Pog' attacking... Rog' relaxing... Movistar trying to work out what exactly they should be doing (apart from not helping Astana after Superman's verbal attack yesterday). This Vuelta has felt more like five weeks of awesome!
