garthzga Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 Hi Tech Experts, I have a 2015 Momsen VIPA AC https://momsenbikes.com/archives/2015-bikes/vipa-ac-se/ and want to use this on an indoor trainer like a Kickr snap or Cyclops Fluid 2. I will need a Thru axle adapter but cant see how this would work with the gold part on the right side of the bike (See Pic attached). Has anybody tried this? Any creative solutions out there besides buying a new bike?

warick_wrx Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 I have a Cycleops Hammer H2 it came with two through axle end caps and two 9mm quick release end caps, one simply replaces the 9mm quick release end caps with the 12mm through axle through axle caps and the frame fits straight on. They just screw on one or off. I would assume the wahoo would follow a similar process. I have a Vipa frame like yours and have had no issues.
