Sending anything via SAPO is most likely not going to reach its destination.

I just traced mine...give your local post office your tracking number and they will tell you where it's at and cost.

 

I waiting 1 month now for 4 x boas ...collecting today at 2x R37 payment

DHL is not cheap

Seeing how many has come onto this thread waiting for the boa's makes one think

- are these boa's of inferior quality that so many needs replacement

- have we totally abused the system, that forced them to look at cheaper option as such now using cheaper shipping methods

Probably definetly...

 

Forced to cheaper option to keep the service sustainable. SAPO's incompentance is not on them...

Logged a request for replacement online on 3 July 2023 under warranty/loyalty policy. They shipped from Japan and I received it on 29 July 2023.

not a great lead time, so if you had a failure on your shoe rendering it useless, you'd be without a shoe for up to 2 months! (assuming no back shoe that is)

I recall reading there is no option to specify delivery service?

This is where AGS would work out though
