Longbarn Killer Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 After watching the Tour of Rwanda on TV a few years back, I don't think that they have the road infrastructure. Unless there have been improvements since then. If they were inviting African countries to bid, it tells me that they want to host this event on African soil. Has CSA put in a bid?
