One up dropper lever

Hey guys.

My dropper lever keeps moving. It stops when the clamp rests against the brake but it still has a little play. Am I putting the thing on correctly? I was thinking I’ll just cut a strip of tube and use that as a gasket.

Anyone else have/had this issue.

i remember reading about this in a review of it a while ago when i was looking at droppers.

A quick fix would probably just be two layers of gorilla tape around the bar under the clamp. I'd cut it the same width as the clamp for neatness.

the Lyne dropper 1x levers (v2) are Alu- so stiff and awesome + not that expensive should you want to upgrade yours eventually.

it looks like its not set up correctly. my guess is the lever mount face must be at the back. if not,

tube might be to thick, maybe try insulation tape? or see if they have some sort of mount that integrates with i spec 2 or whatever that is. but that gets costly sometimes

a quick google search confirmed my first theory

you are preventing the clamp from closing enough

you need a nut and the lever part must be at the back of the flat face on the clamp

hope you get it sorted

This is where the dropper lever must attach: (labled 1).

The clamp must be tightened onto the bar (3) and the dropper attached at (2) with another bolt
