I was thinking of trying the seated ramp test. Never done one of those.

 

The traditional one on zwift is actually really fun to do and takes a little over an hour. Worth doing for the OP so he can then train accordingly

But this is coming from a guy that rides the argust on a bmx, so I take it from where it came...
