Managed to source a Pace RC39 fork prior to DT Swiss buying them - fork is missing the Cable Actuated Remote Lockout but hope to get one soon: impressive weight for a 100mm travel fork20080628_131446_pace.jpg

What you going to do once you need to replace seals etc in the fork seeing that Pace is no longer and that the DT internals have been totally re-designed ?

The previous importers might have a few seal kits left. Phone them and buy everything. Those are high maintenance forks.

They don't have, been down thisroad before. You will learn how to service them yourself, very easy.Had 2 rc39 and you have to service them every couple of rides, even less in winter. In the end i got gatvol and sold them

Very very easy to service. But the seals dont last even if you service it often. If you want something light that lasts get a Marzocchi.

For bars and sems i would look at the kcnc stuff.they will be lighter and cheaper than what you are looking at,also your crank is not too light, about the same as XT only more expensive. What weight are you trying to get at?

And I would have gone for Hope Mini pro brakes....better and lighter. But thats just me.. And the braided hoses are heavier than the standard XTR teflon kits.
