yes there are official distributors https://community.bikehub.co.za/user/1871-mr-look/

 

but you won't get spares for pedals. last time I asked I was told it's cheaper to buy new pedals than  service kits

Yes you can. Shipping may be a crippler. The parts kit is pricey but it comes with the tool to remove the end cap and bearings. If you can get away with not needing that tool then its dirt cheap to service.
