Hi. Does anyone know where to find this 1mm spacer for my carbon rim.(local supplier) the spacer must have these 3 grooves.picture attached to link below. It fits behind the last gear of my cassette. Progress Freehub Spacerhttps://www.sigmasports.com/item/Mavic/M10-HG-Cassette-Hub-Spacer/IIO

Are you sure you need the Mavic one? the grooves seems to be just to hold onto any shimano/ SRAM spaced freewheel (so like the vast majority). Which means you can use suite some different spaces as long as width is similar. Doesnt even have to have these taps. A round one might move a little bit but once a casette is tight on it goes nowhere.

That's how I see it, would have loads to try but my bike shed is not in RSA sadly.

Get the normal spacers in between the casette sprockets, take it to any laser cutting company and let them laser cut it for you to the correct thickness., should be less than R10, you might need to buy more to make up the minimum order value.

I have a spacer that looks like the one in the Sigma Sports link.

It looks like 2mm thick except for the grooves, which is 1mm.

Where are you based ?
