Bicipital Tendonitis

Big and fancy terms right there for what is basically some pain i’m having in the bone between my shoulder and elbow. Both arms.

 

The left arm has been on and off for about 8 months or so and the right arm started this morning.

 

When I dig my fingers into the shoulder where the bicep attaches I tend to start uttering some bad words.

 

I assume the pain in my arm is just deferred pain or pain radiating down my arm.

 

Is my diagnosis correct? Booking some time with the doc this week anyways for a box of Brexecam and maybe some painkillers.

try and maybe start off with a physio that specializes in shoulder rehab.

It really is a pain in that exact spot. Tried to cut a slice of bread earlier and as soon as the knife touched the board i was very aware of my shoulder and arm.
