How do I involve the CPA ?

Bought A phone from vodacom last week , phone was supposed to come with some type of smart band / watch.

 

 

I didn't get it , cause it was " unavailable " 

 

Store says they get deliveries with phones and deliveries with " phones and bands " the latter being somehow 'bonded together '

 

 

Now i read through the terms and deals on the catalogue where this deal was advertised and nowhere does it mention anything like that with " subject to " 

 

 

So can I fight this with CPA ? 

 

 

Been skrewed over many times by vodacom in the past and now I'm lus to make their lives difficult

Been there before. Every upgrade with them so far has resulted in some sort of f-up, whether it's online or directly from their shops. 

I'm not a fan of people going the social media route to air dirty laundry, but with this company you will have to go **** talk them on every plat form first.

my jaded opinion, someone pocketed the "band". 

Surely if the thing is advertised as coming with one then you should get it?

Exactly , so I'm a Moron but Im 99% sure i've got a solid case for False advertising
