Buzz Rack

Good evening.

I just bought a buzz rack 3 tilt flat platform and the arms are not locking? Any advice will be much appreciated.

Thank you for video but it is not working been turning the lock to all the ways it seemed like it is either stripped or bad component???

With Thule I have to hold the handle while turning the key ... sometimes a bit of a jiggle before it works.

The locks on any bike rack is garbage. Can be broken in seconds. 

Get a good lock and chain to secure your bikes. Thank me later.
