I don't see gels on their site, but their race mix is R615 / kg which is very steep.

Also, it's glucose and sucrose which will be super sweet. I guess that is why they recommend not mixing more than 35g per 750ml bottel. Not sure if my race will be ruined by all the bottle swaps or all the pee breaks doing 3+ of these bottels every hour!

I think that recipe is from around 2015 and even though it works well, nutrition has moved on a bit. I just replaced the carbohydrate part with a 1.08:1 maltodextrin: fructose and it works well (I can get up to 120g per hour in like this, but I don't mind sweet stuff). Just add a small amount of oros for flavour.
