Help!  My husband is BIG.  Waist of 135cm.  Where do I get a cycling jersey for him?

I have a few new old stock 3XL /4XL tops & jackets not sure what that equals in cm. Also have 30 or so new old stock  3XL ASSOS Mille GT bibs and baggies in 3XL/4XL
