Having had a stroke recently, I am not willing to give up on my passion for mountain biking, although this is somewhat of a new challenge I’m seriously thinking of moving to wards hand cycling to get me back out there again

 

are there any active hand cyclist here tha c offer me advice on how to get into the next chapter of my cycling lie?

when I used to live in Durbanville I regularly saw a guy on a handcycle training out there

Still see him doing 50+km laps :thumbup:
