AMAZING SERVICE - POLAR

Last week I took my battered and beaten 720 in for a new battery.  It had a cracked button (the red one on the fron) and the face was badly scratched.

 

Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up, and the guys at Polar had replaced the entire top of my watch.

 

My old faithful now looks brand new and all for the cost of a replacement battery.

 

You guys put the service in "Customer Service"

I experienced the same great service.  Polar IR packed up.  Spoke to Gideon, he "hmmm'e, it sounds like it poped!  Come past the office and collect a new one".  Total cost, NADA, for gratis!  10 up to Polar!

my stuff has been there for 4 months... called them about 6 times, asking for when it's done (A month later).  If they could call me when its done (Didn't happen), then to email me thier banking details, (A few weeks ago, still hasn't happened)... What's up with me

Not sure why yours is so bad man. Just had my S725x, a buddies S725 and S1 footpod serviced and parts replaced and the service was AWESOME !!

Awesome service from Polar. I took my CS100 computer in

after the clip on the unit back plate broke off and they change the back plate

for free under warranty even tested the battery and hart rate strap.

Got mine back today - watch is as good as new.

 

If only speed services did their job that well. My watch went from Jhb, to PE, back to Jhb, to East London, back to Jhb, and finally made it to the Cape today

Same GREAT service for me. Sent my (very old, 10+ years) unit in when it started letting water in after gathering dust for a couple of years. A week later on a trip to JHB I collect a NEW (referbed I think as the model was out of production) unit FOC!

VERY BIG UP Polar. I have upgraded since and will NEVER use a.n. other!
