Indoor trainer non ac power supply

Recommended Posts

Looking for knowledge or experience on powering indoor trainers with battery, ups , solar and devices such as ecoflow.

Power failures and load shedding is stopping the legs from turning and thats never a good thing.

Any info would be appreciated

ecoflow will power the trainer no problem - just factor in screens and fans alongside the trainer

Which ecoflow for a kickr core and how does the calculations work.

Could settle for just phone and router with kickr core instead of tv as normal.

Last I tested this, the fan used more power than all the other items combined.

The rest can easily run of any of the standard battery trolley units.

PS - there is a thread about this ...

When you tested it what wattage did you reach and did you use erg more?

Was it in the region of 300 w.

Would be great to warm up for races using an ecoflow, what a pleasure.

Didnt find any other threads about this topic within 3 pages of topics.

Thanks so far for responses
