It depends on the price, level of componentry, level of wear, and intended use of the bicycle (as a minimum). More information needed to provide meaningful feedback.
- What kind of riding do you want to do (difference between weekend warrior and racing snake, e.g.)?
- What is your budget?
- What groupset and other components do the bikes have?
- What age and mileage are the bikes (including service history)?

Broadly speaking, Titan Racing offers excellent value, but secondhand bikes can do even better.

Thank you for the feedback, clearly there is a lot more that I need to investigate prior to deciding what is best out there. I am a social rider, part time competition rides. Bit also want something that will improve my fitness and keep for a while. Regards.

Maybe start with what type of riding and racing you are doing, or want to do.

1. Have a budget

2. Know your bike size, get some advice on this either from a couple of bike shops or a get a professional bike fit.  Depending where you are you can ask for recommendations for who to go to see for a bike fit.

3, Knowing the above 2, choose bikes you like the look of.  If you like the way it looks, you will ride it more.

4. A bike won't improve your fitness, riding it and spending time in the saddle will, you can do that on any bike.  If you choose a bike because of item 3, you will likely ride it more.

5.  Once you have narrowed down to a couple of bikes of choice then look at components and do some online search of reviews of the bike.

6. Then you might want to ask here what peoples views are of 2 or 3 bikes, and not 14 or so.  Then you will get better feedback.

At the end of the day, any bike can be used for social rides and you can race on it.
