Hi Everyone

Looking for ideas how to fix this

One plastic piece on the side broke off

It clips in.but very loose so I jam it with something

It's a bryton 530

Thanks

looks like for this version, the whole cover would need to be replaced.
the key bit of locking the mount in is the "ribs" on the mount going into those two grooves below the bluetooth.
why not just try an epoxy/resin and try get a bit of shape to that side, or test it out on a garmin mount, maybe it will fit snug on that thanks to the ear coming off?

May have an old 530 lying around which you would be more than welcome to have.

Would just need to cover postage as up in JHB. Will let you know via DM.

another out the box solution could be to use a form of gopro mount. there are loads out there, lots of aftermarket options and plenty sitting in people's cupboards

Have a 330 lying around (not 530 as originally thought).

Baking plate looks to be different, but mount is the same.

Welcome to have it if you want.

You need to be creative and cut the Bryton mount off / make it flush on the Bryton cover.

Another plus is that you can use then Garmin mounts after installation

GARMIN Replacement Plate | dogearsplate

Yip. It'll just take a little more modification to fit the replacement Garmin  dog ears onto the Bryton. I loved my Bryton 530 but the weak spot are the orange buttons, especially the power one. That one tearing rendered mine useless.
