I'm currently training for the 36One Challenge.

At the moment I'm struggling with a ''slight issue with my knee''

I'm desperate not to miss the event, but I also don't want to do and not be able to finish.

Anyone who has done hyperbaric therapy to help speed up recovery?

Is it worth the expense, is it recommended?

Comments and advise would be appreciated.

Never done it before but I've seen the Pro's use it.

But what cause the knee issue? If the underlying issue is not addressed then it will all likelihood come back & haunt you on km 200 of 361. Bike setup, dropped seat post worn cleats/pedals, weak muscles resulting in over compensating. I did 361 in 2016 post left knee op, but all the pain was in my right knee/quad because the brain was still wired to protect the operated left knee.
