Size would be 205x53mm, one might possibly pop up on the hub, dont think 130mm is possible.

Your more likely to find 100mm

The Camber has a proprietary mount on one end, so you'll need a Spez Camber shock, or you'll need to fit a new damper body to a donor shock, and just the labour on that job is more than your budget.

A second hand shock for R 600 will need a service at the very least, so I'd suggest you just get the shock you've got now serviced or repaired.

The lockout doesn't work and the rebound is stuffed, and shops won't fix it

So you have a camber you bought in SA but now live in Australia? Sounds like you need to find a shock guru that side.

BikeYoke makes yokes for the Camber that allows you to fit a non Specialized rear shock. They list all the details you would need.

Ive made my own yoke to achieve the same result on a Stumpjumper.

I have 2 Specialized rear shocks and yokes but since you in Australia it doesnt help you much
