Kenda Karma

Hi,

 

I just fitted a set of Kenda Karmas - non tubeless using Stan's on a pair of ZTRs.

 

I have been out on one ride thus far and it seems to be holding.

 

Has anybody had any issues running the non-tubeless version without tubes - these are not the ones with reinforced sidewalls?

Never had an issue myslef, rode the same setup for about 18 months, then I discovered Conti Speed Kings.

Have one on the front at the moment and a speedking on the back. Very fast and very grippy.

Are you running the duraskin or supersonic version of the contis?

Is anyone running the supersonic versions tubeless (do we get the supersonic version in SA)?

HAve run supersonic on front for the season and protection rear, and yes you get them both and yes, you can use them as tubeless.

We tried making bored girl's non-tubeless Kenda Karma tubeless but did not succeed. The air just kept leaking out, I think out of the sidewalls. It is an old tyre though...
