Anyone bought from TotalCycling and wiggle before??

 

I want to order wheels and there Prices are insane cheap

I bought my groupset from Totalcycling - very good service and prices.

 

Just remember to add 15.2% on to the order amount (incl. shipping) to cover import VAT.

The 15.2% comes from 14% VAT being levied on the invoice amount + 10%

Ive ordered from Totalcycling, Chain reaction & Comobike. No complaints so far, but it helps to make sure they have stock of what you want, otherwise you may have to wait, which they dont always notify you about.

Has anyone ordered anything from the States recently? I want to order from Jenson but i heard somewhere that customs take forever for goods coming from the USA.

I bought shoes from Wiggle, but had them deliver to a local UK address.

I have ordered from Both..

no problems and they are sometimes cheaper than CRC!!

I have also ordered from both and had no problems,  infact had a warranty claim via total cycling that they sorted out with the supplier apart from the wait for the repalcement.

Should be excluding shipping.  If not then you got ripped off.  Send the slip back to Customs and claim your money back.

 

BTW: Have bought from all mentioned without problems.  Wiggle are a bit sticky about foreign addresses.  Goods from the US only take a long time if they are sent by standard airmail, which is likely for small items from Jenson.  However, same applies to any other origin - standard airmail gets no priority.

just be careful because the package size restrictions have been revised. Wheels can be expensive to ship now. Confirm the shipping costs with the shop before they ship or else you could be paying for the wheels x2!!
