markStockton Posted September 8, 2008 Share I know I'm going to regret asking for this. But does someone have the correct route profile for the long ride. I believe the published one is either incorrect, or has the course reversed.

Spinnekop Posted September 8, 2008 Share This is my 1st dome2dome and 1 year racing. What time should I aim forWhat will be an okay time? Depends on your ability...... If I compare it to my other races in 2007, the time spent per kilometer is 6% slower than my avg and 21% slower than my fastest race. Make any sense? scotty Posted September 8, 2008 Share Why do you think i opted for the Sedgehaven race WB You'll do fine if i had more training time i would have done it again but 2 weeks is too little.

Spinnekop Posted September 8, 2008 Share Would that be compared to something like the 94.7 or more like the Fast One? Compared to the Carousel.Compared to the 94.7' date=' the Dome was about 7% slower per km. Is the 21% based on 116km or about a 100k's? Based on time per km spent, irrespective of distance or difficulty.
