Well done to the organizers of the super series I believe it served the purpose it was set-up for. It gave the vets the value they were looking for and it helped our ladies improve their cycling as well.

Hopefully this can be implemented across the country and all the race organizers see the value in it been part of their races.

If this does not continue, it would definitely be a HUGE loss to SA cycling!!!

Like Mallo said.

Improved the racing in Vets and helped the ladies ride more positive, aggressive and at a higher standard!

My vote definitely goes to an "Ability seeding system" opposed to a "Age seeding system".

Thank you Bruce (and his team that helped him) for organising this for us!

Surely this is the answer, if we had a "Cat"system like they have overseas which was based on a National Seeding index then there would be no need to have a separate Super Series.

Riders with better ability, regardless of their age, would be competing with their peers. I think this is the solution.

Exactly Ian.  In the US, UK, etc they have strength-vs-strength in a category based system. They also have what are called 'age-groupers' for the guys that want to race that way.  They have smaller numbers than we do so there is no reason why we can't do this.

Spidy - well ridden yesterday!

We have every intention of continuing with the SuperSeries next year.  I am in discussions with a sponsor for the series.

I am also reviewing some of the rules and will be proposing some changes.

LOL Was like the walking wounded at the end of the race yesterday - you rode off the front as iff we were standing still, nice one - don't know where you found the strength.
